US H1-B for giving training!?

One rule for one – One rule for another. Got to love the US legal system:

It appears I can’t attend Blackhat this year. I was denied entry to the US for carrying trainings materials for the Blackhat trainings, and intending to hold these trainings as a private citizen instead of as a company.

For 6 years he’s managed just fine! So it can’t even be blamed on a 9/11 thing.

KisMAC Development Ends

Always such a shame when this happens.

There has not been a lot of time for KisMAC lately. However the motivation for this drastic step lays somewhere different. German laws change and are being adapted for “better” protection against something politicians obviously do not understand. It will become illegal to develop, use or even posses KisMAC in this banana republic.

Struggling with your new iPhone on a 64-bit Windows Vista or XP system? Take solice, you’re not alone. The error message, “The software required for iPhone is not installed” will plague you. This is madness – Microsoft want people to go 64-bit. Other hardware vendors are going out of their way to make this a reality (nVidia, AMD/ATi etc.), yet Apple just have to ruin it. Of course, the irony is that on their own OS (OSX), it’ll be fully supported on 64-bit!
